Algo que se suele hacer en Japon cuando la gente hace mudanzas, es proteger los portales y ascensores muy bien.
Colocan cartones en las esquinas, y plasticos en el suelo o dentro del ascensor tambien.
En mi comunidad pude verlo muchas veces y cuando visitamos a unos amigos tenian el portal lleno de plasticos y protecciones tambien.

Igualito que en España, que poco más y te dejan sin puertas cuando te hacen la mudanza,j ajaaj.
acá en Santiago-Chile, cuando viví en depto. también te hacían cubrir con carton el ascensor y además dejar un cheque de $50.000.- por cualquier destrozo (yo me hice la lesa cuando me toco cambiarme de ciudad) ni tenía idea de esa regla de la administración … saludos para tí y tus hijitos
